MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

If you are interested in applying for membership in the General Motors Proving Ground Retiree Club (GMPG Retiree Club), complete the following form.

A membership fee of $20.00 for two years has been established.  The fee will be due when you apply for membership.  Send your check made out to the "GMPG Retiree Club" to the address shown on the "Contact Us" page.

Note!  This club is intended to provide social actrivities for Division or Staff retirees that worked at the GM Proving Ground in Milford, Michigan or were associated with the Proving Grounds.  If you have no working relationship with the GM Proving Ground but still wish to join, fill in the application and tell us why you think we should approve your membership in the "Comments" section of the application. 

Please fill in all of the sections of the application.  All sections marked with an * must be filled in.  We intend on doing all of our communications by email, so please provide us with your email address.  Be sure to click on the "SUBMIT" button at the end of this application page when you are finished.
